LNP Machining & Engineering provides precision machining and engineering services. All specifications, drawings, and technical requirements must be clearly communicated and agreed upon before work commences.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, design modifications, or additional requirements requested after the initial quote.
Payment terms will be specified in individual contracts or purchase orders. Generally, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We strive to meet all specifications provided by the customer. Any concerns regarding quality or specifications must be reported within 10 business days of delivery to be eligible for consideration.
All designs, drawings, and specifications provided by customers remain the property of the customer. LNP Machining & Engineering will maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information.
LNP Machining & Engineering's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from the use of our products or services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
